Hilary joined the trust in 2019 as the Evaluation and Learning Manager, to support the Trust and grantee organisations to effectively learn from their work.
Previously Hilary worked at Christian Aid in the Research, Evidence and Learning team in a similar role with a global remit, supporting the organisation and their delivery partners globally to strengthen their research and evaluation work. Hilary has a particular interest in creative research and evaluation approaches to support community learning, equitable research partnerships, and research communication. They also have a PhD in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
